16. SALARY: Financial compensation an employee revieces for performing the job, and part of your compensation package.
17. TELECOMMUTING: Employment arrangement where the employee works one or more days from a remote location.
18. TEMPING: Working short employment stints with a variety of clients, usually through a temping agency or staffing firm.
19. THANK YOU LETTERS: After every interview, you should send a letter thanking each person who interviewed you.
